干炸意大利辣肉丸子

前天给女儿抓药，随便去了SHOPPING_SAVE，买了盘儿意大利辣香肠(无衣的)，今天晚上看着它，心里寻思着，我买它干什么，不买就手痒痒? 干脆，炸丸子看看，因为昨晚去中国店买了一小桶<葱伴侣> 大酱，哎哟妈呀，今天中午用这酱拌玉米面条，贼拉地香，那干炸丸子抹大酱，看看啥味道。

用料: 一磅半意大利辣香肠，一点面粉

做法: 小钢锅加上足够的油，开了之后，把肉弄成秋状，在干面里滚上一层，放在锅里炸到金黄。

上盘，抹酱，造，贼香。
