给阿椿交作业--- 水磨香米发糕， 貌似很成功

家里一直有包红色字的粘米粉不知怎么消耗掉。看到阿椿的方子容易操作就试了试， 貌似很成功。

 

用的WORD MARKET买的那种BAKING小碗， 大概合$1。00一个吧。 我的是4个一个PACKAGE$4。99。 买了8个。 我因为8个小CUP不够用，用了一个撇沿儿的小碗， 那个蒸出来卖相很差。 所以还得是这种小的直筒状的CUP， 出来的型好。 蒸的时候有个问题就是如果是俩层， 下面那层有上面的漏水到小碗里， 效果大打折扣。 下次我打算就用上层蒸。 省得蒸馏水流到下面的碗里。

刚SEARCH WORLD MARKET 网站发现现在有卖一套12个才$8。97， 比我去年买的合算。
