别怨厨房：泡椒凤爪。谢谢淘淘宝宝！

今天做一个休闲食品，老少皆宜，和卤鸡脖子齐名深受大众喜爱的泡椒凤爪。。。

鸡爪去指甲，放入锅中，加水，放姜片和黄酒，煮滚以后擗去泡沫，大火煮至用筷子能穿透鸡爪，大约7-8分钟，我煮了10分钟。。。


煮好以后捞出放入冰水里，这样可以使鸡爪的皮更有弹性。。。


再倒入筐中将水沥干。。。


我这道菜需要家里有做泡菜。。。


将沥干的鸡爪和洗净沥干撕成片的莲花白一起放入泡菜罐中，本身泡菜水里就有泡成熟的红辣椒。。。


看你所在地的天气情况，天气热泡8个小时就可食用；我这里的最高温度是21度左右，故建议泡24小时以上。。。一定要用成熟的泡菜水！
