香辣鸡翼
材料:
鸡翼2LB, 洗净, 用纸巾吸干水, 切小段, 用以下腌料腌一小时
腌料:
黄酒2 TBP,
盐 1 tsp,
孜然粉, cumin powder, 1 tsp,
洋葱粉, onion powder, 1 tsp,
姜粉, ginger powder, 1/2 tsp,
地瓜粉4 TBS,
(1)干辣椒,花椒,
(2)豆瓣酱3大勺, 麻辣火锅底料1大勺
(3)姜片,蒜粒,葱节,
(4)青红辣椒切小段,
(5)料酒1大勺
(6)白糖1小勺, 味精少量, 熟芝麻2大勺, 孜然粉 1小勺,
用热油炸腌好的鸡直到金黄为止(其实这时以经很好吃啦!), 取出,
留少量油,改中火,加(1), 炒香, 加(2), 炒出红油, 加(3)炒香,加鸡翼, 加(4)炒几下, 加(5)顺锅边倒, 再炒几下让酒气蒸发,加(6)翻几下, 好了.

带鱼用酒, 盐, 白胡椒, 腌1-2小时, 沥干, 擦干, 用油炸酥, 粘辣酱油吃,

凉拌黄瓜,
小黄瓜切薄片用寿司醋腌拌好进冰箱, 一小时,

凉拌香莴笋,
香莴笋刨丝用点盐拌一下, 15分钟后淋水, 沥干, 拌点麻油, 糖, 味精. 进冰箱镇一下, 就好了.
