my friend gave me an old computer (CPU clock 333MHz), and I was trying to install Win 98 on it.
I can not install system on it successfully because the computer seems to fall in dead sleep (no action at all) when it was copying the setup wizard files on the Hard disk.
Then my friend helped me installing the system on the hard disk using his computer (we put my hard disk on my friend's machine and did the installation and then moved the hard disk back to my computer), the computer fall dead sleep again when the win 98 picture emerged.
Since the computer falls dead when the graphs appear, my firend and I are guessing that the vedio card is not working approproately. Is it true? Any advice from experienced expert will be appreciated!
