请教抚养费的问题

刚嫁过来。老公离婚有两个小孩给前妻抚养。现在经济不好，过来一直没找到工作。老公年收入10万，每个月税后$5400，给孩子的抚养费，加上给她们存的529，还有上enrichment program，加上每年给她们买礼物，飞两三趟去看她们的钱（不在同一州），$2225.我们住的condo房屋贷款$1855,只剩下$1000，每顿自己做饭，光饭费又去掉$600-700，最后只剩$300-400支付水电气，汽油，电话，穿用的日常开销。非常吃力，不知道怎么能养得起自己的小孩。我算了一下，因为老公的抚养费是要负税的，所以他其实付40%=2225/5400的抚养费....

因为刚到美国，不知道抚养费应该付多少，想了解一下，像我老公这种情形，是不是抚养费付得已经很足够了？不大可能减少，不过至少他前妻再要求加抚养费的时候，我心里也得知道是不是合理，也可以争取一下...

唉，虽然做了很多准备，可是再婚家庭还是有很多困难要去克服...
