吐槽一下小组成员，求建议

最近换了个小组， 老板很nice， 小印组员很烦， 我是开发出身， 来接另一个离开的开发员的活， 这小印本来是DBA， 和那个离开的一起做， 本来有分工， 我因为是新换过来，需要时间熟悉东西， 小印就开始涉入开发部分，然后以手上活多为由， 开始向我推送他自己负责的垃圾活。按道理， 他的垃圾活我是要会的，以备他休假时我可以做backup。但他现在就想推出来给我。

我很不擅长和别人争执， 已经告诉他不会接他的活除非他休假， 但他还是三番两次的@我，我就火上头，装没看见。我可以要求拿回开发的活，他估计会拒绝。我突然接手，活的量也的确大了些。这些也不能推到老板那里去。

大家给点建议，怎么有理有据的回复，怎么划出界限。谢谢！
