你是否要全面衡量一下，忍住不说能不能留下来?

如果能保住工作，就不要说。这样起码能给自己留些找工作的时间。如果无论说不说都干不了多久，也许说了能让你这个老板走，你自己反而也有一点保住工作的希望。我觉得你如实说的话，特别是举出有说服力的事实，HR接下来还会找其它人进一步了解。这样你这个老板没有升迁希望了，他也可能自动离开。起码上面保他的人会以后对他的看法全面一些。

但是，如果说了以后你可能很快就要离开的话，就忍忍先找工作比较好。毕竟现在找工作很难,怎样对自己更好一点，全面慎重衡量再决定。不要冲动，也不要太过胆小。
