被解雇 - 迫切。公司给的原因 is "seperation' of 'reduce workforce' .

带我来楼下, HR小姐，与 boss and Big boss 通电话。我得到了一个" separation letter" :

(1) Boss, Big boss, HR 他们没有签字。签名是由 VP。
(2) 我的2013年中 performance review 未完成, Boss 与我说话，没有文件，没有署名。
(3) 在2013年，她经常问我的年龄和怀孕的计划。2013年11月几次，办公室的会议室她对我喊，粗鲁. She said 我是一个“麻烦制造者”给她，我必须'尽快'滚.   In management she start look over behind my shoulder.
(4) 当我2010年4月加入 this company ，我支持Siebel应用程序和Oracle数据库，工作量是巨大的：我的同事失去了她的孩子 due to the workload at workplace! I have hospital proof. 然而， 2010年之后Boss 保持指派我更多的任务，把我推到各个方向，evaluated my tasks non-specifically, non-timely. 这是非常紧张的work environment。近期2个月，我与她有关的一些技术问题了 argue 几次，让她不开心。

Can I proceed it with EEOC?  我的证据足够强大？我没有直接的证据，除了我的老板口头欺负，并定期检查我的年龄和怀孕的计划，它也是口头上。我在2013年年底问了我周围的邻居和在其他大型IT公司朋友，抱怨我的老板的欺负, 他们可以算作证据，因为至少我的呼吁，要求帮助是不假, am I right?
