This is plainly ridiculous.

first, thanks for sharing.  Otherwise, we won't know what kind of prejudice our fellow Chinese holds against us as a group.
Second of all, I would like to point out that maybe you should look at yourself too.  No doubt, you are Chinese.  Also I assume you belive what you have said about Chinese is true.  Don't you realize, you are one of the Chinese?  Don't you realize you have already labelled yourself as undesirable for hiring?
Look at the words you use in your overly generalized post
比比皆是,很多华人都是这样的,如果并非万不得已，我也不找华人, 这些好品质华人都缺乏, 或许还有救，但也是小心加小心.
and here最大的毛病是总觉得公司...and excuse me, how many Chinese have you worked with??  How can you pass your judgement on people who you have never met, and blatantly enough to broadcast it as a truth you are holding. 
If you walk your talk, you wouldn't hold so much negativity against others.  You, are the kind of people I can never understand.
But, again, it is very nice of you to sharing this with us.  It is totally food for thought.   I am giving you honest feedback, and I hope you are not discuraged by it and I do hope to see you again here.
