Although the boss could have done better,

he did nothing wrong in the process if we view it professionally.  It would be nice if he was kind-hearted and treated his people like friends. If he chose to do it professionally and minimize the potential risks, there is nothing wrong about it. The author overreacted in many occasions, and had unrealistic expectations.  After all, the boss gave her the whole package he promised. Why kept asking to continue her work while the boss was wrapping up his final days there? 

"之后的周末过得很郁闷也害怕，怕我老板对 付我，之后周一的时候发生的事情彻底吓坏我了。"  Why was the author so scared? There was nothing to be worthy of any concern here.
