nope, even now, some people are still enjoying this

that is why I think I need to change and find the enjoyable job/positon.

I know a friend's coworker,he didn't have 4-year college degree,engineer, his English is very bad both in writing and speaking,(always ask coworker to check and correct his email spelling/grammar), work capability is 'horse horse tiger tiger",every day, he can show up around 10am or 11am, leave around 5pm, 6pm, only in very rare busy times, he stays late. With that, he can get a manager position and $110k plus pay(although he doesn't have any speicial relation with bosses),what an easy job, how enjoyable and how unfair!

In big companies, people can 滥竽充数 and enjoy good life in some positions, even in recession job market.
