Accident occured between 7:15 am -7:30am. Traveling on Rose Ave. toward Rte 17 S.exit. I was directly behind the Caucasian drier in the white car;going pass the FT light on Rose,he took off and and ran into the back of the Asian driver's car . I was trying to get his attention by blowing my horn but you can tel he was really doing something in th car. Then he caused the accident. Accident was before the dealship.
Caucasion drier in the white car caused it because he was driving fash and （看不清楚）。 Asian driver was driving speed limit 25 mph.(那段路的限速）。
