4h, thanks for your reply. From the website, it looks that international airline passengers will get to T3 E zone level 3, need to get to T3 E Zone level 2 to get the light train for 4 minutes to get to T3 C zone level 2 to pick up luggage, then need to get to T3 C zone level 3 for connection flight. For my parents, the scheduled connection time is 2 hours 20 minutes.

I am trying to find out whether it makes sense to ask a friend to go to T3, but not sure whether the person can get inside to help out.
