各位修车能人，问一下卖旧车的事

在家坛问了，味苦一回信心里又不踏实了。

打算卖一辆旧车，我的本意是如果买方看上了就去DMV办手续就行了，可买方的信里说my dad is a retired  sheriff  and we actually don’t have to go to the Secretary of State you just have to sign over the title I sign it and take a photo copy as well as a bill of sale ，这样行么。如果他不去过户，出了事是不是我还有责任啊？以前图省事都是tread in旧车 的，从没有卖过车。谢了。
