Coolant flush is a good idea. But

Changing transmission fluid is not necessary. I have a 2011 Highlander with 100k miles. I am not planning to replace transmission fluid anytime soon. There is a risk to replace transmission fluid. Unless you know you have an issue, I would not change it.
