车祸求问

高中生儿子说做别人的车，在卡车的中间位置，他伸腿时不小心踩到油门，结果车撞到前面的车，对方叫来爸爸，而不是警察，也没有 police report. 现在 driver 的叔叔认为是我儿子的责任，要由我们负全部责任。

因为没有 police report. 我们也不能用保险，这样的情况，我们该怎么处理？

据说是车撞得很糟，但没有人受伤？事情是昨天的， 儿子刚刚才告诉我。
