请教换闸皮问题

昨天去换机油，修车师傅说前闸皮快磨没了。我告诉他几个月前刚换的闸皮，为什么现在就磨没了？他说可能是因为上次换闸皮的时候没有 lubricant caliper glides ，建议我用什么 torch 去烧。

我看网上有些教学如何换闸皮的视频是用了 brake cleaner, grease, & lubricant, 没见过用 torch 的。请问要用到 torch 吗？

另外，具体需要买哪几种  brake cleaner, grease, & lubricant, 什么品牌的，各自用在什么位置？

这次准备把 rotors and brake pads 一起换了。
