加国多伦多，我在Roadsport Chrysler 得到的教训

背景：因家庭成员扩张和现有汽车太老旧了，所以必须在10月5号前买并拿到1部7人van，最后选了Dodge Caravan。

8月15。在AM1430听到Roadsport Chrysler的广告，“2015 清仓价，2016 优惠以旧价发售”。 到了车行，销售Quinton 说2015 Dodge Caravan 基本级卖光了，但是现在预定2016年有保持旧价的优惠，不然2016会加价$1000. 最后签了2016年的，并下定$1500, 预计4-6星期后收到。

9月28。还没消息，主动打给Quinton 3次。终于接我电话并告诉我车到了。回Email Vin 还有余款金额给我。

9月29。收到Email。我的合约余款是$21226, 他的是 $22356, 多了 $1130.

Email Quinton:” Hi Quinton, my invoice shows $21226 as amount due on delivery. Please explain why your amount is $1130 more.”

Quinton’s reply:” I do believe that we based our deal on a 2015 grand caravan cvp and then later we changed to a factory 2016 grand caravan. We price protected you from dealership level; therefore, all the discounts are still on from us. However, Chrysler Canada had to change the programs for 2016 models years due to increase in production cost. As a result, the cost of the car had increased for 1000 dollars for 2016. “

My reply:” You offered me this 2016 deal and we signed the contract base on this 2016. I will NOT accept your excuse and this non sense increase in price the day before delivery. “

然后他就不回答了。

打电话给他，叫我明天跟经理谈。

9月30。带了一个朋友去车行作证人。见了3个经理。

第一个。Gamal Youssef （销售经理）。加价是因为2016Chrysler rebate 少了$1000。 他“大方的”愿意跟我一人一半。我拒绝。

第二个。Nick Pastore （销售经理）。跟上面一样，并说我不接受不行，定金没了不止，还会告我毁约的费用。

第三个。Moe Sahakian（总经理）。一样，不接受得话，吃我定金，再发律师信给我。还说什么车已经帮我过名，不要就当旧车卖，再找我赔差价。我拒绝并回家。

现在在等OMVIC消息。

今天在别的车行买了一模一样的车，居然便宜了 $1700, $21000 vs $22726. 我真的是 “水鱼”。
