求助，轮胎上扎了个东西，怎么破，正在纠结拔还是不拔。明天还要跑高速。

可以肯定的是已经扎了超过一周。那时候开开窗户就能听见有规律的“哒哒哒”那样的声音，当时以为嵌进石子了，下车找了一圈没看见，估计是正好压在下面了。

今天又看来一下终于知道是这货了，可是问题来了，该不该拔出来呢还是就这样放着。
轮胎似乎一点也没漏气，一周以上了。昨天还跑了高速来回50公里，明天还要出去玩。可咋办呢？
