最近方向盘老是把钥匙锁住，怎么回事？

请问高手，我这几天老是不能发动车，因为方向盘把钥匙锁住了，钥匙不能转动。我是手动车，99年toyota rav4. 以前把方向盘搬一般也就可以了，但最近几次搬不动，老是要请男士帮忙。前天修车厂的人告诉我停车后要挂档。我试了，好像管用。但这两次我是在熄火前不不松挡（就让当留在一档，在熄火），又不行了。记得车厂的人教我的是松挡，拉起手刹，熄火，再挂档。一定要这样吗？
