换完机油后,发现低速噪音大，加速困难问题

请教坛里的高手. 爱驾 2002 Honda Accord, 不到12万迈. 一直按Onwer’s manure在dealer那按时保养, 如change time belt, change brake, change tires, 换机油......

每天上下班单程50多迈, 一半high way, 一半local,全靠它. 以前每次保养换完机油后, 车况更好. 但最近两次换机油，都发现低速噪音大，加速困难.

上次换机油,发现低速噪音大，加速困难问题, 但开始问题不太严重. 一月后，车抖动更厉害, 加速很困难。于是change spark plugs 和密封圈, 清洗进气阀, change air filters. 问题没了. 爱驾如初.

很快又到换机油的时间, 但换完机油后, 同样的问题又发生了 -低速噪音，加速困难. 这次该如何解决这个问题呢. change spark plugs 和密封圈, 清洗进气阀, change air filters可是在３月前做的.

请教坛里的高手, 你们遇到过这种情况吗? 有何建仪? 谢了先!
