问一个关于车fluid的问题

上星期检车加oil change，shop里面的人说transmission fluid也要彻底换，3万mile换一次，蛮贵的，回来问一下邻居，他说他的几辆车从来没有换过，都开了10万mile以上。

我查了一下手册，还有几种fluid，说不定下次又会让我换，请问到底什么fluid按期要换，什么只是测一下level？
