请教，小号车（daihatsu Sirion）上高速

刚买了二手的 daihatsu Sirion, 7万公里整，看起来很新，一般的路 50-80公里都很好。

但是上高速了一次，中间有一次换道，没看到要换的道的后面车，后边车一声长鸣，我吓回来。可能手在抖，影响方向盘，车随着左右颤抖起来，大约不到一分钟后，恢复正常，请问是否车方向盘太灵或者车的确有什么问题吗？还是我个人原因？（本人开车时间不短，但上高速很少。基本就是避开，私人手里买的，没法退）
