发动机不给力，不是大问题吧？

最近发现我的车发动机不给力，启动不如以前顺利，另外换档时如果油门踩得不够就会听见发动机声音打“结巴”，像要熄火的感觉。这是老了的通病吧？我是99年的toyota rave4。mileage 很低，因为开得少。车还算保养的好了，基本都按时加油。
哪位专家给点建议？thanks!
