头又大了。请教能人。

2002年Saturn S-SERIES，1.9L SOHC。19万公里。
Coolant液里发现机油。开上几十公里，发动机温度正常，运转正常。
网上查到Saturn有个Technical Service Bulletin # 96-T-65B，说的是同样现象。可是针对的是97年以前的车。我查看过 #4 camshaft journal base and surrounding area，没有发现裂缝。
如果是head gasket坏了，似乎应该是coolant液进入机油才对，因为coolant液有压力。

各位大虾怎么看？
