汽车开起来时声音大是什么原因？开始有人说是需要换timing belt

我换了，还做了90，000迈maintenance servie, 但觉得没有什么两样。不知道有没有专家能给点什么建议。
我总喜欢开起来安静的那种。刚买来时就很好，开久了不知不觉又和一辆旧车差不多了。
