dealer建议（Recommendations)三个地方，大家看看有必要在dealer修吗？

我是马里兰州的。昨天去给我的2008年toyouta Sieena LE 换机油。dealer 建议修三个地方 ：1,Air Filter/$49;
2,cabin filter $69; 3，power steering flush $145。


我的问题是这三个地方有必要修吗？第二是自己能不能修？第三，谁知道要是车行修的话，马州蒙郡的华人车行哪家比较合适。
