检查了一下车，现代2003 Accent，11万mile

修车铺指出如下问题：

Axle $139 each side both needed

outer tierod ends $177

alignment $65

Front brakes $105

front rotors $88

rear brakes $100

rear struts $217

1. found the passenger side hub bearing making noise (in warranty)

the axle boots are torn, leaking the grease. outer tierod ends worn and rear brakes damaged.

我两年前2400刀购入此车。请问哪些是紧急项目必须处理。hub bearing是我刚换了不到半年的，所以修车铺说此次免费帮我换。
