Camshaft end cap old and oil leak

今天去一家dealer做alignment， 他们告诉我，Camshaft end cap 因老化有点漏，建议我换一下。 还有Cabin Air Filter应该换.

请问，这两样是不是应该尽早修理，越快越好？ 谢谢
