奇怪，我的NISSAN maxima 手动 transmission

最近，换了clutch 以后，好几次出现挂不上挡的情况。但是，第二天早上就又好了。昨天，天气很热，到学校接女儿，就挂空挡，不熄火，空调开着，等我和女儿出来，车子就开不走了。好在离家不远，就走回去，车子停在那。今天早上，车又好了。

请教专家，最可能的问题在哪？
