I am wild guess because your post doesn't have enough information. you need to diagnose the root cause of this symptom. Some tranns need a new torque converter with a new TCC solenoid because the bushing in torque converter worn and leaking that causes no tcc clutch engagement. Some tranns has the trouble that the tcc control valve stuck in the valve body that causes no tcc engagement and need overhaul V.B. Some situation is only tcc solenoid is bad, etc. anyway you need fix the P0140 first and then diagnose the tranns code.
