How Much should I ask: CRV 60K with extra 3 year Honda warranty

I would like to ask for some opinions of the price of my 2004 CRV LX: 60K miles, in excellent condition, clean and clear title, just finish changing all kinds of fluids, Oct 2008 new yokohama tires, KBB value is $10,800. Location is Dallas, Texas

It comes with extra 3 year or extra 51K Honda Care bumper to bumper, 0 deductible extended warranty. It is transferable to next owner at my cost.

I am wondering how much should I ask for the car with the warranty. I am thinking add $300 for the warranty although I can get $600 back from Honda if I ask for a refund of the warranty, but I would love to hear every expert's idea.
