Lexus, Acura, Infinity and Audi/BMW are all good option, regarding their quality, check annual consumer report, it list all info. In general, Japanese cars are still most reliable cars, if you prefer comfort/luxury, pick lexus, if you like sporty feel/luxury/comfort, pick acura. If you are aggressive driver, Infinity/BMW is good choice, since they offer rwd or awd. European luxury car tend to have more trouble for their eletronics and high cost for their maintennance, watch out your money if you buy used european luxury cars.
