地板和墙大概有4到5毫米的间隙是foundation 问题吗？

昨天租客走前的inspection, 地板和墙大概有4到5毫米的间隙,长断断续续有6-7米，竹地板，大概20年新的房子，是3层townhouse style condo的底层，是foundation问题吗？门口靠很近正在建高中打地基，租客说是因为这个震动影响了，有可能吗？还是租客的问题，修起来麻烦吗？附上远和近景照片，先谢了
