公司付房租可靠吗？

白玉房收到一个小建筑公司COO的申请，4口人入住（夫妻+2孩），说公司代付房租：

“<公司名>will be paying the rent and deposit. Prefer to sign a 2 year lease . Willing to pay a large deposit to qualify if necessary. This will not be a home office . It is compensation for displacement from my home in xxx.”

申请人信用分620. 说可以和公司直接签租房合同。

大家认为可靠吗？和公司的租房合同怎么签？如果需要驱逐，会有麻烦吗？
