想再在NC bid 一个大一点的房。把房子链接送过去，这是我的agent昨天的回答

"I think our market has reached the upper end for now. We will most likely go back to our modest 3-5 percent annual increase in home values. But that is only a guess, as we are in a new market trend, and everythings is going to be new going forward. "

几个月前，他给我的回答是：NC 房市怎样都不会降但也不会升很多，即便2008 房市大范围降的时候，对那里的房价影响很小。总之那里房市很平稳。他的昨天的回答，似乎以后NC会跟其他地区一样了（房价波动大）

但现在VA房价降了。NC大一点的房子看到的也是降了一点。我看到的对不对？
