请问DC的地主，是不是有规定自己的房子出租要有一个Basic Business License

家人在DC有一套房子想出租，问了帮买房的realtor, 她说 If you’re going to be renting your home in DC, you must obtain a Basic Business License.

是不是DC有政策这样要求？大家都是怎么做的？
