看一个breakdown吧

Material: $6110

Plank $5 x 900 = $4500

Stair nosing and T trim   = $1260

Baseboard: 250 feet  = $350

 

 

Labor: $9375

Removing carpet and hauling away = $400

Rooms: $6 x 850   = $5100

Stairs:   $180 x 15 = $2700

Moving Furniture: $200 x 4 rooms = $800

Baseboard: 250 feet x $1.5  (Paint and install) = $375

Total: $15485

 

 

我问了一下，装laminate或者vinyl是$3一尺

和我过去印象中的价格，装楼梯贵了，以前（六七年前）大约是$100 一级
