出租房，租客抱怨family room地毯不行了。想换成vinyl plank。找谁换？

出租房，十年前换的地毯。上一家租客不太爱惜。现在租客抱怨边缘靠厨房瓷砖的地方钉子都露出来了，扎脚。

地毯可以只修一部分吗？

如果换，打算换成vinyl. 请教大家，是有专门换地板的？ 还是一般handyman就可以哪？
