股市调整是很正常的

-30% to -40% 的熊市是会有的。但是we cannot lose sight on what government is doing. They are de-valueing US$ all the time. If Yellan becomes US secratory of treasury, she is going to print money outside FED as she mentioned many times.

And I think everything moves in same fasion (all the same market) regardless it is real estate or stock or gold or bitcoin.

If stock market bubble burst, it will spead into housing market also. 

For us, keep some dry powder all the time, have a good investment strategy will be enough. It doesn't have to be all or nothing.
