请问Tampa（Saraota)周围跟Miami - Fort Lauderdale 周围生活有什么大的区别？

我们还没到退休年龄， 二三年后孩子上大学去了， 想在FL买一房， 可能冬天去。 到时还要工作，所以不全是退休。 我看Miami- Fort Lauderdale 机场方便。 如果有谁有什么 见解， 请指点。 Thanks
