比自己的代理套路了，真笨！

在买一个房子进程中，因为一些修理的原因， 和卖家在negotiate, 不知道我的代理和对方的代理有什么私下协议什么的， 他们认识，我的代理就说， 这样吧， 她出极小一部分补偿给我做closing cost, 我没有计较，就同意了， 没有书面的证据， 但是所有交流保留在texting。后来就是贷款什么的。后来准备closing文件的时候，我的代理说，返款给客户是illegal的， 只要帮我买home warranty什么的，而且必须在closing之前办理，否则closing以后就没有这件事情了。我很恼火，倒不是钱的问题，感觉被骗了。大佬们帮我看看，有什么好办法？
