买房以后才发现是on-site septic tank

刚异地买了个房， 买房以后才发现是on-site septic tank， 不是public sewer system， 三个环节都出了错。

1. 卖方经纪没有提供给我们seller disclosure， 我的经纪没有去要， 我也没有问我的经纪要。

2. 我的经纪找的inspector 做的房检， 房检报告上写的是public sewer system。

3. 银行做的appraisal， appraisal report 上也写的是 public sanitary sewer。

 

现在应该怎么办呢？ 请大家帮忙出个主意。 谢谢。
