修空调报价

空调不制冷了，叫人来看说是OEM motor坏了，replace要1100，换整个AC系统要9500（Hydronic Air Handler System），不淡定了......比去年换furnace还要贵.....坐标中西部，这个报价正常吗？

下面是完整的quote；

Inspected system;*unit is a Firstco unit in the ceiling of the dwelling with hydronic heating and refrigeration coiling, system is 20 years old and in poor condition. Duel shaft OEM fan motor has failed. Difficult access install of motor and or air handler due to location. Condenser is the same
age and uses R22 refrigerant. Quote of $1125.97 to replace OEM motor, part availability is limited at this time. Quote of $9525.97 to replace existing Firstco unit with one new Firstco hydronic heating and R410a refrigerant compatible air handler and one new 13 seer R410a Rheem condensing unit.
One year labor warranty and manufacturers parts warranty on all work performed, no warranty on any existing components. Need 4 hours to do repairs due to difficult access an location and ordering of parts.
