准备请个律师，追讨已经驱逐的租客的欠费。请问这个条款对我有利吗？

租客已经被我赶走， 但是因为驱逐的时候，警察找不到租客签字， 所以只能再file possession of property，欠了我4千快钱，我问了个律师，过了好久，律师给我发了一个合同。我的理解是我支付￥400刀，但是我的疑问是： .他们charge $300/hour on top of that ; . 如果追不到钱，我是不是还是有可能被律师charge很高的费用， 而且他们没有责任。我把合同贴在这里， 坛友帮我看看。谢谢。

PARTIES+:  The HXXX Firm, PLLC (“Firm”) and Jay, [e-mail], XXX-931-______________ (“Client”). Firm provides valuable legal services and is hereby retained therefore by Client (“Client”). 
 
FEE: For filing a General Sessions warrant, Firm will charge a flat fee of $400.00, which includes the cost of filing the warrant (these vary across counties) and the cost of service of process (these vary across counties). The flat fee for possession-only cases is $500.00.  Once Firm is involved in a matter, Client shall be entitled to 2/3 and Firm shall be entitled to 1/3 of all monies collected on that matter by anyone. Firm charges the attorney’s hourly rate (currently $300) for other legal work. All monies paid by Client to Firm are deemed earned on receipt. Firm has express permission to verify Client credit at any time. Firm will post fee or policy changes online at XXXCase.com and the same shall be deemed effective 30 days thereafter. 
 
MONIES+: Firm uses www.XXXCase.com to track activities and update and invoice clients. Invoices are due and payable immediately and deemed appropriate and accurate unless disputed within 30 days. Firm will minimize expenses and Client shall reimburse Firm within 30 days for any expenses Firm incurs on behalf of Client. Firm issues statements for outstanding invoices and reimbursable expenses. Firm issues monthly trust account checks for monies payable to clients (less any outstanding invoices or reimbursable expenses). Firm will demand that opponents pay (reimburse) client legal expenses but Client understands that courts only award legal expenses when provided by contract or law. Firm will scan and then shred paper copies of documents 30 days after “closing” matters. If Firm determines (in its sole discretion) that Client is not cooperating with Firm or is otherwise breaching this Contract, Firm shall have the right to immediately withdraw from and unilaterally terminate its representation of Client in all legal matters and pursue claims against Client for outstanding invoices, reimbursable expenses, pre-judgment interest of 10% per annum, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs of collection.
