请教,关于emotional support dog

有个申请人说她的老公是退伍军人, disabled, 有个German Shepherd. 而且, 她不看房子就要填申请表. 因为我的广告上明确写了, no pets are allowed. 所以我就回她, 有pets我们不考虑. 结果, 她说我discrimination, 还附了The Fair Housing Act - justice.gov的法律条款.  我也是才知道, 即使我的房子不许pets, 我也不能拒绝她? 我下一步该怎么办? 谢谢.
