请问大家的意见

请问大家的意见：我们有个住了6年的房客（夫妻俩），因太太离开，想要11月底搬出去。考虑到进入冬季找房客困难，我们想留住他到3月底，他提出了每月的房租从$1700减到$1300，不然的话他就付不起了。你们说答应他好还是让他走好？
