100% first-year bonus depreciation for qualified real property expenditures

For qualified property placed in service between 9/28/17 and 12/31/22, the TCJA increases the first-year bonus depreciation percentage to 100% (up from 50%). The 100% deduction is allowed for qualified leasehold improvement property, qualified restaurant property, and qualified retail improvement property.

如果我把我remodeling 的cost 五万放到asset depreciation里去，用turbo tax, rental real estate property : chose “rental property appliance,carpet,furnishings”; then ”appliance,carpet,furniture”; date purchase or acquired 一栏填里，是去年五月开始remodle 的日子呢 还是房子第一次出租which is eight years ago? If choosing 8 years ago, 就没有this bonus depreciation 了啊。这个remodeling asset 是今年第一年啊，感觉不应该算是八年前。turbos tax 也说可以有五年的deduct. Thank you!
