whose 401K is still 100% in stocks?

I trimed 40% yesterday and now 60% in stocks. Have I made a mistake by timing the market? everybody says that it is impossible to time the market, but I feel stocks are so high now and I felt scared so I move 40% of my 401K to cash yesterday.
